But due to a russian hit on my city by rockets (I'm from Ukraine), which leads to a total blackout for several days, I have limited electricity and am not able to finish the update yet.

When the electricity is recovered, I will do my best to finish the update ASAP.
In short: I expect to release the update in the days since this announcement.
